Patient Data Systems

The Patient Data System has been designed specifically for the Gulmay Medical superficial and orthovoltage X-ray therapy systems. The intuitive interface enables quick and easy access to all patient and treatment history data.



Treatment fields can be created quickly and simply reducing the time required for data entry.



A record of each treatment is stored under the patient's unique identification. Instant access to this data enables the operator to easily review a patient's entire course of treatment on screen.



The patient records are stored in a dedicated central database, which can be archived or exported for data analysis. A variety of report printing options are available including individual treatment or patient records and user customisable system logs.

Patient Verification Systems

The Patient Verification System has been designed specifically for the Gulmay Medical superficial and orthovoltage X-ray therapy systems. Patient data and treatment field data can be pre-entered and saved reducing the time required for data entry on the patients first day of treatment.



Each patient can have multiple treatment fields. Each record can include a patient photograph or treatment set-up picture.



The dose monitoring option registers the accumulated dose over the patient's course of treatment for each treatment field.



There are a variety of report printing options, including individual treatment or patient records and user customisable system logs. Each record can be previewed and stored electronically for easy patient data management.



Security and integrity are ensured with individual defined user access levels for security and flexibility.
